Relieve upper back pain instantly - shock one


A common pain suffered by many is the pain between the shoulder blades. You don't have to endure this pain. There is a simple solution. All it takes is a simple stroke. Try it-and I guarantee that you will immediately get rid of pain between the shoulder blades.

You can do something about this annoying pain!

Done correctly, I guarantee that you can instantly relieve pain between the shoulder blades. Many people experience pain in this area. This pain is usually the result of stress, poor posture, or both. The area between the shoulder blades is a common place for trigger points. Self-care for trigger points is explained here.

If there is pain among both shoulder blades, lengthen the worst side in the first place.

This exercise is done sitting. You will need a Chair on which you can easily hold the seat. Say you pain near the right scapula.

1. hold on the seat with his right hand, 5-6 inches (130-150 mm) behind the right flank.

2. keep your back straight and your head on my shoulders.

3. Lean left and slightly forward or directly from the hand holding the seat.

4. drop your Chin to your chest.

5. move your head on the left side-you'll feel a sudden everywhere from your right ear on the right shoulder.

6. hold this position for 3-4 breaths.

7. the shoulder of the hand holding the seat for 3-4 breaths shrug. (Can you feel that nothing is happening, but something is!)

8. Stop raising-breathe.

9. As you exhale lean farther from the hand.

10. hold this position for five breaths.

11. Repeat steps 7-9.

12. in order to come out of the stretch, move your head back in the chest, remove your hand gently straighten up and restrictive.

Now you will be able to notice the difference between both shoulders. For best results it is recommended that lengthens the better side. Then gently restretch side that caused more pain. This section whenever you start to experience any pain between the shoulder blades.
