Upper middle back pain
Upper middle back pain can be a very debilitating condition for various reasons. Probably the most common cause for this is arthritis, which affects many of us when you get older. Upper middle back pain very often is the result of problems elsewhere in the region. The diaphragm is a muscle that can never rest, because it is used for respiration.
